Our lounge can comfortable seat 10 guests and is the perfect space to enjoy a glass of wine while catching up with family and friends. 

For those of you who want to unwind with there is a TV and DVD player or maybe you'd prefer to enjoy a coffee watching the sunrise from the window seat.

Large Family Kitchen Diner

Our modern kitchen is well equipped and has everything you'll need to prepare tasty family meals.  We have a large american fridge freezer so why not get your weeks shopping delivered when you arrive so you're set for the week - just don't forget the beer!  

The dining table seats 10, so the whole party can dine together.

Cosy Snug and Games Room

A quiet retreat for with a Smart TV, DVD and games consoles for those wanting to relax or somewhere to entertain the kids while you try and enjoy and extra half hour in bed.  There is a selection of books and board games too. 

Bedroom 1 Spacious Master Bedroom with Sea Views - King

With spectacular views of the beach and harbour this room is one to fight over.  It also has a king size bed, a cot and plenty of storage with a large chest of drawers and a wardrobe. 

Bedroom 2 - Twin

Directly next the Master bedroom, perfect for younger children who need to sleep near their parents.  A good size room with a chest of drawers for clothes storage.

Bedroom 3 Top Floor Master Bedroom Two with Sea Views - King

This room has fantastic views of the beach as well as comfortable seating and coffee  from which to enjoy them.  The room well appointed with a king size bed, TV and Wardrobe and next to a bathroom.

Bedroom 4 - Double 

Top floor bedroom with bathroom alongside, dormer window with seaview.

Bedroom 5 - Twin

Top floor room with two single beds and plenty of space to relax.

Shower Room

The first floor shower room is a generously proportioned room with hand basin, toilet and shower cubicle and electric hand rail.

A large family bathroom with a basin, toilet, bath, separate shower cubicle and electric towel rail.  

Bathroom 2

This bathroom makes the most of the the space with a toilet, basin, bath and electric shower over the bath.
